Pho 22 is a new small, family-owned restaurant in the heart of Montrose, but don't let "new" fool you — every recipe on our menu carries generations of Vietnamese cooking tradition behind it. We set out to do one thing exceptionally well: take the humble bowl of pho and elevate it into something you've never quite tasted before.
Our broth doesn't happen overnight. Bones are simmered low and slow for hours, coaxing out a depth of flavor that shortcuts simply can't reach. Then we finish each bowl the way it's meant to be enjoyed: fresh rice noodles, crisp bean sprouts, fragrant Thai basil, bright cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and a touch of hoisin or sriracha if you like it bold. It's comfort food, reimagined.
Behind the counter, it's truly a family affair. The same hands that simmer the broth are the ones who greet you at the door and bring your bowl to the table. That personal touch is what turns a quick meal into an experience — and it's why we can't wait for you to pull up a chair and taste the difference for yourself.
